We dispatch all orders Monday to Friday, within 1-2 business days from receiving your order. Orders placed on public holidays will be sent out within the next two working days. During National and State-specific public holidays or busy sale periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order.

Delivery to EU + Norway
You can choose between UPS Standard (2-5 business days) and UPS Express (1-2 business days).

Free shipping on orders above €90. UPS Standard.

For orders below €90 shipping cost will be added = €10.

You can choose UPS Express for an additional charge of €20.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.
No extra customs/VAT/taxes will be added. What you see is what you pay.
NB! Same as above for orders from Sweden, except we ship with DHL Service Point.

Delivery in Europe outside EU
UPS Express (1-4 business days).
Shipping cost = €20 on all orders.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.
Please note. Customs clearance is different in every country and you may be charged additional shipping fees or tariffs on top of shipping charges. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I track my order?
A tracking number is assigned to every order as soon as it has been dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email stating that your parcel is on its way. This email will also have your tracking number, so it's really important that the email address is entered correctly when the order is placed.

Do you ship to PO Box Numbers?
No, unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please use a street address when placing your order to avoid delays.

We work hard to deliver orders within the given time frames. Postal delays are out of our control and unfortunately, refunds or cancellations are not permitted if the shipment arrival times exceed the estimated times outlined.
